  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive service catalog that accurately represents the services offered by BAE Systems.
  2. Ensure that the service catalog is easily accessible to customers through various channels, such as online platforms and physical copies.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and update the service catalog as needed.
  4. Conduct regular reviews and audits of the service catalog to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  5. Communicate with internal teams and external customers to gather feedback and make improvements to the service catalog.
  6. Work closely with the IT team to ensure that all services are properly categorized and aligned with the company's IT infrastructure.
  7. Monitor and track service usage and performance to identify areas for improvement in the service catalog.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Service Management, With A Focus On Service Catalog Management

  • Strong Understanding Of Itil Framework And Best Practices For Service Catalog Management

  • Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Complex Projects

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
