
Service Catalog Manager

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive service catalog that accurately represents the services offered by BAE Systems.
- Ensure that the service catalog is easily accessible to customers through various channels, such as online platforms and physical copies.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and update the service catalog as needed.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of the service catalog to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Service Management, With A Focus On Service Catalog Management
Strong Understanding Of Itil Framework And Best Practices For Service Catalog Management
Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Complex Projects
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
