- Train and mentor junior system administrators to ensure the smooth operation of systems across the organization.
- Monitor system capacity and make recommendations for hardware and software upgrades as needed.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of equipment and services.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve cross-functional issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards related to system administration.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support when necessary.
- Continuously evaluate and improve system processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Systems Administration, With At Least 3 Years In A Senior Or Lead Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of Various Operating Systems, Such As Windows, Linux, And Unix.
Strong Understanding Of Networking Protocols And Technologies, Including Tcp/Ip, Dns, And Vpn.
Familiarity With Virtualization Technologies, Such As Vmware Or Hyper-V, And Experience Managing Virtual Environments.
