- Conduct thorough testing and analysis of products and services to identify any issues or areas for improvement.

- Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain documentation and reports related to quality assurance activities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve quality assurance processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner to maintain our reputation as a leader in quality and reliability.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Quality Assurance And Testing, Preferably In A Software Development Environment.
Experience With Agile Methodologies And Tools Such As Jira And Confluence.
Strong Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively Both Independently And In A Team Setting.
