Senior Program Control Analyst

- Develop and maintain program budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with overall company financial goals
- Monitor program financial performance and generate reports to communicate progress and identify potential issues or risks
- Collaborate with program managers and other stakeholders to establish and maintain program schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products and services
- Conduct regular cost and schedule variance analysis and provide recommendations for corrective actions as needed
- Act as the primary point of contact for program financial inquiries and provide guidance and support to program team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as government regulations, in all program financial activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and accurate cost reporting and forecasting
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program control and efficiency
- Participate in program reviews and prepare presentations for senior management to communicate program status and performance
- Mentor and train junior program control analysts to develop their skills and knowledge in program management.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Control, Financial Analysis, Or Project Management.
Strong Understanding Of Government Contracting And Regulations, Specifically In The Defense Industry.
Proficiency In Financial Planning And Forecasting, Budget Management, And Cost Analysis.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
