- Develop and maintain program cost, schedule, and performance baselines in accordance with company and customer requirements.
- Monitor and analyze program performance against baselines, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact program success.
- Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program goals and objectives are met.
- Oversee the preparation of program financial forecasts and analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior program control analysts.
- Develop and implement program control processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize program performance.
- Support proposal development by providing cost and schedule inputs.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of program management principles and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in program control.
- Represent the organization in interactions with customers and external partners.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with other functional areas, such as finance, contracts, and procurement, to achieve program objectives.
- Contribute to the overall success of the program by providing timely and accurate data and analysis.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Program Control Or Financial Analysis.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Government Contracting And Compliance Regulations.
Proficiency In Financial Management Systems And Tools, Such As Sap Or Costpoint.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Communicate Complex Financial Data To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
