- Perform financial analysis and control on programs and projects to ensure successful execution of contracts.
- Develop and maintain program budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor and track program costs, schedule, and performance against established baselines.
- Identify and analyze financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Collaborate with program management and other stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Ensure compliance with government contract requirements and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to program teams on financial management and reporting.
- Conduct regular program performance reviews and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present financial status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Participate in contract negotiations and support cost proposal development.
- Continuously monitor and update program financial data to ensure accuracy and validity.
- Mentor and train junior program control analysts.
- Stay updated on industry and government regulations and trends related to program control.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure efficient program execution.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Program Control Or Financial Management
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Experience Using Financial Management Systems
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
