- Apply extensive knowledge and experience in OSINT to develop and implement effective strategies for gathering and analyzing intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders, to identify and address intelligence needs and requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in OSINT and provide recommendations for improving processes and methodologies.
- Conduct training and workshops for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in OSINT.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among team members.
- Act as a subject matter expert and represent the company in client meetings and conferences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored OSINT solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all aspects of work.
Extensive Experience In Open Source Intelligence (Osint) Analysis And Collection, Including A Minimum Of 8-10 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.
In-Depth Understanding Of Intelligence Collection Methods, Techniques, And Tools, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Executing Osint Operations.
Strong Knowledge Of Global Political, Economic, And Social Issues, As Well As Geopolitical And Security Trends, To Inform And Guide Osint Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Brief And Collaborate With Senior Leaders And Stakeholders.
Experience In Managing And Developing A Team Of Osint Analysts, Including Conducting Performance Evaluations, Setting Goals, And Providing Mentorship And Guidance.
