- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the Farsi OSINT team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to maximize their productivity and performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the team's effectiveness and efficiency in delivering high-quality OSINT products.
- Conduct regular training sessions to keep team members up-to-date on the latest OSINT techniques and tools.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of OSINT products to clients.
- Conduct research and analysis on Farsi language and culture to support the team's understanding and interpretation of open source information.
- Stay informed on current events and trends in Farsi-speaking regions to provide context and relevance to the team's work.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all team activities.
- Represent the Farsi OSINT team and BAE Systems to clients, stakeholders, and industry partners in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

Fluent In Farsi: The Senior Farsi Osint Team Lead Must Be Fluent In The Farsi Language, Both Spoken And Written, In Order To Effectively Conduct Research And Analysis On Farsi-Speaking Regions.
Extensive Experience In Osint: This Role Requires A Deep Understanding And Experience In Open-Source Intelligence (Osint) Collection, Analysis, And Reporting Techniques. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In This Field.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Team Lead, This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Osint Analysts. The Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Leading And Mentoring A Team To Achieve Project Objectives.
Knowledge Of Farsi-Speaking Regions: The Senior Farsi Osint Team Lead Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Cultural, Political, And Social Dynamics Of Farsi-Speaking Regions In Order To Provide Accurate And Relevant Intelligence Analysis.
Technical Skills: Proficiency In Various Osint Tools And Platforms Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Data Mining, Social Media Analysis, And Other Technical Skills Necessary For Osint Collection And Analysis. Experience With Bae Systems' Proprietary Osint Tools Is A Plus.
