  1. Operate and maintain semiconductor manufacturing equipment to produce high quality electronic products.
  2. Monitor and troubleshoot the manufacturing process to ensure efficient and accurate production.
  3. Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure the safety and quality of the products.
  4. Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure product specifications are met.
  5. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to identify and resolve process issues.
  6. Maintain accurate records of production data and report any deviations or abnormalities.
  7. Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize the manufacturing process.
  8. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  9. Keep up-to-date with advancements in semiconductor technology and apply them to the manufacturing process.
  10. Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.
  11. Train and mentor new technicians on the manufacturing process and equipment.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
  14. Follow all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection measures.
  15. Adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet production goals.
  16. Participate in quality control activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  17. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  18. Take part in process improvement projects and provide input for continuous improvement.
  19. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to assist in future planning and decision-making.
  20. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Semiconductor Manufacturing Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Semiconductor Fabrication Processes, Including Photolithography, Etching, Deposition, And Metrology.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Process Issues.

  • Experience With Cleanroom Protocols And Safety Procedures, Including Handling Hazardous Materials And Wearing Protective Gear.
