1. Facilitate and lead daily Scrum meetings, including stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
2. Coach and guide project teams in implementing and following Scrum principles and practices.
3. Collaborate with product owners and development teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
4. Track and report project progress using Scrum metrics and tools.
5. Identify and remove any impediments or roadblocks that may hinder project progress.
6. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
7. Continuously monitor and improve team processes and practices to increase efficiency and productivity.
8. Act as a servant leader, supporting and empowering team members to self-organize and make decisions.
9. Educate and mentor team members on Scrum principles and practices.
10. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
11. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to continuously improve and align processes across projects.
12. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to Agile methodologies.
13. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
14. Participate in hiring and onboarding processes for new team members.
15. Act as an ambassador for the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies within the organization.
