  1. Design and develop RF and electronic warfare systems to meet project requirements and specifications.
  2. Conduct system analysis and testing to ensure functionality and performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF systems into larger defense systems.
  4. Provide technical expertise and support to other team members, including mentoring junior engineers.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in RF and electronic warfare technology.
  6. Identify potential risks and issues and develop solutions to mitigate them.
  7. Create and maintain technical documentation and reports.
  8. Participate in project planning and reviews to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  9. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Rf/Electronic Warfare Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Developing And Integrating Rf/Electronic Warfare Systems, Including Knowledge Of Hardware And Software Components.

  • Strong Technical Skills In Electronic Warfare: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Electronic Warfare Principles And Technologies, Such As Signal Processing, Radar Jamming, And Countermeasures.

  • Project Management Experience: As A Senior Principle Engineer, The Candidate Should Have Experience Leading And Managing Large-Scale Projects, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Resource Allocation.

  • Expertise In System Design And Integration: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In System Design And Integration, Including Requirements Analysis, Trade Studies, And Test And Evaluation.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: This Role Requires Interaction With Cross-Functional Teams, Clients, And Stakeholders. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate And Lead Teams Towards Project Success.
