Requirements Systems Engineer

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document system requirements for defense and aerospace projects.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of project goals and objectives, and translate them into detailed technical requirements.
- Create and manage requirements documents and traceability matrices to ensure thorough coverage of system requirements.
- Conduct reviews and validations of requirements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Work closely with system architects and engineers to ensure requirements are aligned with system design and functionality.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management, to gather and clarify requirements and provide progress updates.
- Continuously improve and streamline the requirements management process to increase efficiency and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or conflicts related to system requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
- Mentor and train junior engineers on requirements management processes and best practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Systems Engineering, Preferably In The Defense Industry
In-Depth Knowledge Of Requirements Management And Systems Engineering Processes
Experience With Requirement Management Tools Such As Doors Or Requisitepro
Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
