- Develop and drive successful proposals for BAE Systems by utilizing analytical thinking and proposal development expertise.
- Analyze and evaluate proposal requirements and develop strategies to ensure the highest quality submissions.
- Collaborate with various teams and departments to gather necessary information and ensure all proposal components are accurate and aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform proposal strategy and differentiate BAE Systems from other bidders.
- Utilize strong attention to detail to review proposals for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with guidelines and requirements.
- Work closely with business development and sales teams to identify new contract opportunities and contribute to overall business growth.
- Create and maintain a repository of proposal templates, boilerplate content, and other resources to streamline the proposal development process.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on proposal best practices and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to proposal development and incorporate them into BAE Systems’ proposal strategy.
- Take ownership of the proposal development process and ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals that meet all requirements and objectives.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Proposal Development And Analysis In The Defense Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Government Contracting And Procurement Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Proposal Management Software, Such As Shipley Or Privia.
