Project Control Manager

This position helps manage, coordinate, plan, organize, control, integrate and execute a collection of projects across the F-35 Program; ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives; participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company. Ensure compliance with Operational Framework (LCM Phase 2c onwards), BAES Inc. Earned Value Management System Description and F-35 project management requirements for all activities. Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team including technical control account managers. Monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project through weekly/monthly reports with respect to review of the overall project status and project control. Lead the development and management of Risks, Opportunities and threats that will drive improved ability to achieve performance and cost targets.
