  1. Conduct financial analysis and forecasting for complex programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Collaborate with program management team to develop and maintain program budgets, providing regular updates and identifying any potential issues or discrepancies.
  3. Monitor program expenses and track against budget, providing recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  4. Prepare and present reports and presentations to program management and other stakeholders, highlighting financial performance and potential risks.
  5. Identify and analyze key performance indicators to assess program success and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  7. Support program managers in developing program plans and schedules, providing financial expertise and guidance.
  8. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide financial updates and resolve any issues or concerns.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in program control and financial management, making recommendations for process improvements.
  10. Adhere to all company and government regulations, policies, and procedures related to financial management.
  11. Work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
  13. Take initiative and proactively identify potential problems or issues and provide solutions.
  14. Contribute to the overall success of the program management team and company by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Program Control Or Financial Analysis, Preferably In The Defense Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Project Management Principles, Including Cost And Schedule Control, Risk Management, And Earned Value Management.

  • Experience With Government Contracts And Regulations, Such As Far And Dfar.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Financial Management Software, Such As Sap Or Costpoint.
