Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Engineers.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Mechanical Engineering, Preferably In The Defense Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Mechanical Design And Analysis Software, Such As Solidworks Or Ansys.
Familiarity With Military Specifications And Standards, As Well As Experience Working On Government Contracts.
