The Multiband Communications and Crypto Systems (MCC) Hardware Engineering Group is looking for a Senior Principal Mechanical Engineer to support CCA, module, and chassis designs through all phases of development. The ideal candidate is expected to perform activities including assisting in requirements generation and design architecture, preliminary design, detailed design, design for manufacturability, and product support. There are multiple growth paths for the individual, technically or otherwise - Technical Lead on future programs, Control Account Manager, or Chief Engineer.

Job Qualifications

  • 8 years of engineering experience required with BS in Mechanical Engineering or related

  • Experience designing CCA outlines, modules, and LRU chassis

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance within one year of hire

  • Experience designing products for harsh environmental conditions

  • Experience designing products for MIL environments preferred
