  1. Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives in alignment with the company's business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand and address the organization's human resource needs.
  3. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters.
  4. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  5. Manage and oversee all employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  6. Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  7. Lead and facilitate talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
  8. Partner with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
  9. Provide coaching and support to managers on employee development and career progression.
  10. Develop and deliver HR training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of managers and employees.
  11. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to employment, diversity, and inclusion.
  12. Lead and support change management initiatives to drive a high-performance culture.
  13. Stay updated on HR best practices and trends and incorporate them into the organization's HR strategies.
  14. Manage and oversee the HR budget and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
  15. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels to foster a positive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Hr, With At Least 5 Years As A Senior Hr Business Partner.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Hr Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Complex Hr Projects And Initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Relationship-Building Skills With The Ability To Influence And Advise Senior Leaders.
