Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Operations Management, Program Management, Or A Related Field.
Experience Working With Large-Scale Programs And Projects, Including Budget Management, Scheduling, And Resource Allocation.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices In Operations And Program Management, Such As Six Sigma Or Agile Methodologies.
