- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the successful execution of projects and programs.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of operational activities.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project or program delivery.
- Communicate and report on project and program status to senior management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to promote professional growth and development.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives.
- Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in program and operations management to drive continuous improvement within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Operations Program Management, Preferably In The Defense Industry.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Extensive Knowledge Of Program Management Principles And Practices, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Risk Management.
Experience With Government Contracts And Regulations, As Well As Proficiency In Project Management Software.
