- Perform maintenance and repair on complex microwave systems used in military communications and radar equipment.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of microwave systems to identify and resolve any issues.
- Utilize extensive knowledge and experience in microwave technology to ensure efficient and effective repairs and maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement solutions for complex technical issues.
- Comply with all safety procedures and regulations while working with microwave systems.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in microwave technology and incorporate new techniques and tools into daily tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and superiors regarding project status and any potential issues.
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner to meet project deadlines.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior microwave technicians as needed.
- Identify and recommend improvements to processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In The Maintenance And Repair Of Microwave Systems, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Defense Industry Setting.
Associate's Degree In Electronics Technology Or Related Field, Or Equivalent Military Training And Experience.
Extensive Knowledge Of Microwave Theory, Principles, And Troubleshooting Techniques.
Familiarity With Rf Test Equipment, Including Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, And Network Analyzers.
Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Schematics, And Experience With Soldering And Other Electronic Assembly Techniques.
