- Perform thorough inspections on microelectronics products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with production team to identify and resolve any quality issues or defects.
- Utilize various testing and measuring equipment to ensure product functionality and compliance.
- Document and report any non-conformities or discrepancies found during inspections.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure accurate and efficient inspections.
- Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy in inspections.
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to microelectronics quality.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any quality concerns or improvements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing suggestions and feedback for process enhancements.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Assist in training new quality inspectors and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results and provide reports to management as required.
- Meet production and quality targets within specified timeframes.
- Flexibility to work 4th shift on FRI-SUN (3:00AM-3:00PM) as required.
- Represent BAE Systems in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Experience In Quality Inspection: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Quality Inspection, Preferably In The Microelectronics Industry. They Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Quality Control Processes And Procedures.
Knowledge Of Microelectronics: The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Microelectronics Components And Their Manufacturing Processes. They Should Be Able To Identify Potential Defects And Anomalies In The Production Process.
Attention To Detail: As A Quality Inspector, It Is Essential To Have A Keen Eye For Detail And The Ability To Spot Even The Smallest Imperfections In The Production Process. The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Maintaining High Levels Of Accuracy And Precision In Their Work.
Strong Analytical Skills: The Job Of A Quality Inspector Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Make Decisions Based On It. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Analytical Skills And The Ability To Identify Trends And Patterns In Data.
Flexibility And Availability: The Role Of A Quality Inspector Often Requires Working In Shifts, Including Weekends And Holidays. The Candidate Should Be Willing And Able To Work The 4Th Shift (3:00Am-3:00Pm) On Friday Through Sunday. They Should Also Be Flexible To Work Additional Hours If Needed To Meet Production Demands.
