Mechanical Design Intern

BAE Systems is looking for a college intern whose major area of study is the Mechanical Engineering or related field. The Hardware Design Department is seeking candidates for 2020 Mechanical Design summer internships supporting all aspects of the design engineering development lifecycle. Performs basic engineering design, analysis, experimentation, test and/or product assurance tasks of limited complexity for assigned portions of a project. Applies basic engineering design and/or analytical theory, principles, techniques, and practices to a limited portion of a technical project. Performs basic technical analysis, testing, calculations, and evaluation of results using specialized equipment and/or by computer programs. Participation in a summer-long non-technical intern project, in addition to engineering assignment.
