Job Description

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will interpret/develop production documentation; provide process/product knowledge to aid in the development of fixtures; assist management with developing project plans, schedules, and budgets; and implement new technologies to improve safety and efficiency within the manufacturing process. We are looking for enthusiastic Senior Manufacturing Engineers to join our fabrication staff. In this role, you will develop teams of cross functional support personnel to solve complex problems; mentor junior Manufacturing Engineers; and teach shop personnel on principles of safety, fixtures, and tool use.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a fabrication production environment

  • Certification with AWS (American Weld Society) as a CWI (Certified Weld Inspector)

  • Knowledge of drilling / machining operations

  • Strong organizational skills and proven ability to proactively coordinate multiple entities

  • Experience training / mentoring junior staff with respect to fabrication processes and tools
