In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure continuous production and operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.   1. Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical systems and equipment to ensure smooth and continuous operation.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with electrical systems and equipment.
  3. Repair and replace faulty electrical components and systems.
  4. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself and others while performing maintenance tasks.
  5. Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and team members to solve technical problems and improve processes.
  6. Keep accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and replacements.
  7. Monitor and report on the performance and condition of electrical systems and equipment.
  8. Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
  9. Stay updated on industry advancements and changes to ensure best practices are implemented.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  11. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding maintenance tasks and issues.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  13. Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.
  14. Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet production needs.
  15. Continuously strive to improve and optimize maintenance processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications

  • Electrical Maintenance Experience: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Electrical Maintenance, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.

  • Technical Skills: A Maintenance Technician (Electrical) Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Electrical Systems, Including Wiring, Circuits, Motors, And Controls. They Should Also Be Able To Read And Interpret Technical Diagrams And Schematics.

  • Troubleshooting Abilities: The Ideal Candidate Should Have The Ability To Identify And Resolve Electrical Issues Quickly And Efficiently. This Includes Diagnosing Problems, Making Repairs, And Testing To Ensure Proper Functionality.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Maintenance Technician, Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Ensuring That All Electrical Systems Are Functioning Correctly And Safely. This Includes Following Safety Protocols And Maintaining Accurate Records Of Maintenance And Repairs.

  • Availability For Weekend Shift Work: This Particular Position Requires Working On The Weekend, Specifically Friday To Sunday From 5Am To 5Pm. Candidates Should Have A Flexible Schedule And Be Willing To Work Weekends And Potentially Overtime As Needed.
