HRIS Analyst

1. Manage Human Resources Information Systems: The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for managing all aspects of the organization's Human Resources Information Systems, including but not limited to data entry, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.
2. Ensure Data Accuracy and Efficiency: The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that all data entered into the HRIS is accurate and up-to-date, as well as identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and streamline data management.
3. Analyze Data and Generate Reports: This role will involve analyzing HRIS data to identify trends and patterns, as well as creating and presenting reports to key stakeholders to inform decision making and drive strategic initiatives.
4. Ensure Compliance: The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that all HRIS processes and procedures are in compliance with company policies, as well as federal and state regulations.
5. Stay Up-to-Date on HRIS Technology: The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for staying current on industry trends and advancements in HRIS technology, and making recommendations for system enhancements or upgrades as needed.
6. Collaborate with HR and IT Teams: This role will require close collaboration with both HR and IT teams to ensure that the HRIS is meeting the needs of the organization and integrating effectively with other systems.
7. Provide User Support: The HRIS Analyst will serve as a point of contact for HRIS-related questions and issues, and will provide user support and training as needed.
8. Maintain Data Security: As the custodian of sensitive employee data, the HRIS Analyst will be responsible for maintaining data security and ensuring that proper protocols are followed to protect confidential information.
