  1. Develop and execute strategies to ensure successful development and delivery of engine systems for military and commercial aircraft.
  2. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept development to product launch, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and technicians to develop and implement project plans.
  4. Monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks, providing solutions to ensure project milestones are met.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  6. Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient utilization and adherence to financial targets.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Mechanical Or Aerospace Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In The Field Of Engine Systems.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Engine Systems And Components, Including Design, Development, Testing And Integration.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.

  • Experience In Budget Management, Project Scheduling, And Risk Assessment, With A Track Record Of Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
