  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Designing And Developing Aftermarket Products.

  • Knowledge Of Electrical Systems And Components, Including Wiring, Circuit Boards, And Control Systems.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Faa And Mil-Std.

  • Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Other Engineering Tools.
