- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop systems issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of desktop systems to ensure smooth operation.
- Train employees on how to use desktop systems and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of new desktop hardware and software.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.

A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In A Corporate Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Operating Systems Such As Windows And Macos, As Well As Proficiency In Troubleshooting Hardware And Software Issues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Users.
Familiarity With Network Protocols, Equipment, And Security Concepts, As Well As Experience With Remote Desktop Support Tools.
