- Oversee all crane and rigging activities at the facility, ensuring they are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures for all crane and rigging operations.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to crane and rigging operations.
- Manage and maintain all crane and rigging equipment, ensuring it is properly inspected, maintained, and operated.
- Train and supervise a team of crane and rigging technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to plan and coordinate crane and rigging activities.
- Monitor and analyze crane and rigging operations to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Extensive Experience In Crane And Rigging Operations: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Crane And Rigging Operations, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Hands-On Experience In The Field. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of All Aspects Of Crane And Rigging Best Practices, Safety Protocols, And Industry Regulations.
Leadership Skills: As A Craft Manager, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Crane And Rigging Technicians. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Motivate Team Members, And Handle Conflicts Effectively.
Technical Expertise: A Deep Understanding Of Various Types Of Cranes, Rigging Equipment, And Lifting Techniques Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Issues And Provide Technical Guidance To The Team.
