- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective contract management.
- Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Prepare and manage all contract documentation, including amendments, extensions, and terminations.
- Monitor contract performance and identify potential risks or issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Prepare reports and updates on contract status, financials, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support proposal development and bid preparation.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, and advise management on any changes that may impact contract management.
- Assist with the development and implementation of contract management processes and procedures.
- Provide guidance and training to junior contract administrators, as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized contract files and records.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Uphold the company's values and promote a positive work environment.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Contract Administration, Preferably In The Defense Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Contract Management, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Government Contract Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including Far And Dfars.
Proficiency In Contract Management Software, Such As Deltek Costpoint Or Sap.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, And The Ability To Negotiate And Resolve Conflicts Effectively.
