- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all government regulations and contractual requirements.
- Liaise with customers and partners to establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration on security matters.
- Conduct security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage and oversee the security clearance process for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Provide security briefings and training to employees to ensure understanding and adherence to security protocols.
- Monitor and track security incidents and conduct investigations as needed.
- Maintain all necessary security documentation and records.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and other external stakeholders.
- Stay current on security trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve security processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements into program planning and execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all security-related inquiries and issues.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of security tasks and projects.
- Continuously assess and improve security processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate any potential security risks or issues to senior management in a timely manner.
- Represent the company in security-related meetings, conferences, and events.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Security Management, Criminal Justice, Or Intelligence Studies.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Security Management Or Related Field, Preferably In A Government Or Defense Contracting Environment.
In-Depth Knowledge Of National Industrial Security Program (Nisp) And Other Relevant Security Regulations And Requirements.
Active Top Secret Security Clearance With Eligibility For Access To Sensitive Compartmented Information (Sci).
Strong Communication, Organizational, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Priorities Simultaneously.
