  4. Provide advice and guidance to employees on compliance matters, including training and educational programs.
  5. Investigate and address any reported compliance violations or concerns, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external regulatory bodies and agencies.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance considerations are integrated into business processes and decision-making.
  8. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to proactively address potential compliance risks.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to compliance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory agencies on compliance activities and outcomes.
  11. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the compliance program and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  13. Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
  14. Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and other external events related to compliance.
  15. Keep accurate records and documentation of all compliance activities.
  16. Foster a culture of ethics and compliance within the organization, promoting awareness and accountability at all levels.
