1. Develop and implement BIM processes and standards across the organization in collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.
2. Lead and manage the BIM team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the successful implementation of BIM processes and technologies.
3. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate BIM into project workflows and ensure effective communication and coordination.
4. Conduct regular reviews and audits of BIM processes and models to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company standards.
5. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology, and recommend and implement new tools and processes to enhance project efficiency and quality.
6. Create and maintain BIM project templates, content libraries, and other resources to support project teams.
7. Act as a liaison between the BIM team and other departments to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with external BIM consultants, vendors, and industry partners to leverage their expertise and resources.
9. Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management on the status and effectiveness of BIM implementation.
10. Ensure the security and integrity of all BIM data and models, adhering to company policies and procedures.
11. Mentor and train team members and other employees on BIM processes, standards, and tools.
