- Conduct avionics modifications on various aircraft models in a safe and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure all modifications are completed according to specifications and within project timelines.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex avionics issues and provide effective solutions.
- Perform thorough pre and post-flight testing to ensure all avionics systems are functioning correctly.
- Communicate with customers and provide technical support and guidance on avionics systems.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of all avionics modifications and repairs.
- Stay updated on the latest avionics technologies and industry trends to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while working on aircraft.
- Travel to various locations, including military bases and customer facilities, to provide on-site support and assistance.
- Mentor and train junior avionics engineers to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of necessary parts and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold our reputation for excellence in the field of avionics engineering.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Aircraft Avionics Modifications And Troubleshooting
Knowledge Of Faa Regulations And Procedures Related To Avionics Modifications
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Interacting With Clients And Team Members
Ability To Travel Frequently And Work In A Fast-Paced And Demanding Environment.
