  1. Develop and maintain wire bonding processes for advanced electronic systems used in defense, security, and aerospace applications.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to wire bonding processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in wire bonding processes and develop solutions to enhance productivity and quality.
  4. Conduct research and testing to identify new wire bonding techniques and materials to improve product performance.
  5. Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process control plans.
  6. Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement in wire bonding processes.
  7. Train and mentor production operators on wire bonding processes and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality production.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices related to wire bonding processes and incorporate them into production.
  9. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies related to wire bonding processes.
  10. Collaborate with equipment and materials suppliers to identify and implement new technologies and materials to improve wire bonding processes.
  11. Participate in design reviews and provide input on design for manufacturability related to wire bonding processes.
  12. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize wire bonding processes and reduce production costs.
  13. Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions related to wire bonding processes to management and cross-functional teams.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on wire bonding processes and provide technical support to other departments as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Wire Bonding Processes, Preferably In A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Proficiency In Wire Bonding Equipment And Techniques, Including Manual And Automated Bonding Methods.

  • Strong Understanding Of Semiconductor Materials And Processes, Especially Related To Wire Bonding.

  • Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Wire Bonding Processes To Ensure High Yield And Quality Standards.
