
IT Support Technician (Help Desk)
Set up user accounts and permissions on the organization's servers and applications providing the necessary and approved access to end users. Respond to trouble calls/tickets in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. Assist users with hardware and software questions, concerns, and issues. Address issues both face-to-face and remotely. Set up new user accounts/profiles and resolve password issues. Respond and close tickets within approved SLA. Prioritize and manage tickets and workload. Establish a good working relationship with employees and executives. Recommend purchasing items supporting end user requests. Perform the installation, configuration, administration, maintenance, monitoring, diagnosis, and repair of end user systems. Test and evaluate new technology. Maintain asset inventory of hardware and other computing assets.
