HSE Data Quality Associate
The HSE Data Quality Associate’s primary responsibility is to verify that HSE Auditors are following audit protocol, as well as provide information and support on protocol deviations to the QHSE & Audit Services Department. Adherence to Avetta policies and procedures related to Data Quality Assurance in compliance with appropriate standards and guidelines. Adherence to Data Quality Assurance methodologies and protocols to assure Product quality and reliability for Avetta Customers.Perform and document data quality verifications of HSE audits using Salesforce and Analytics. Evaluate HSE audit deviations, investigations, corrective actions for the QHSE & Audit Services Team under direction of the Lead, QHSE Data Quality. Produce QHSE team data quality reports and metrics as directed.
At least 1-5 years of relevant work experience in the safety profession
3-5 years of Contractor Prequalification Verification experience
Knowledge/experience with Environmental, O&G, OSHA, MSHA, Maritime regulations is a PLUS
Ability to create and present information/data analysis results that is informative and understandable, desired
