Network Coordinator

This role is responsible for providing service, support, and expertise in administering the company’s IP network and telephony services. This individual will pro-actively identify areas that need improvement and provide proposals to correct. Manage client support via telephone, video conference or in-person Administer company telephony technology platforms: build campaigns, provision users, troubleshoot issues, create education reference material and more. Create telephony reports, design dashboard and improving efficiencies Administer telephony technologies: VoIP, NEC, Cisco and more. Setup and deploy hardware installations as needed. Manage the company mobile phone MDM solution as well as provision users, devices, upgrades, and warranty issues as needed. Coordinate and consolidate multiple e-Fax solutions into one solution to streamline and provide ease of management. Support video conferencing (GoToMeeting) accounts. Research and recommend new technologies and platforms to meet business needs.
