
Payroll Systems Analyst
Administers ongoing Oracle HCM software processes and procedures, including data audits and ad-hoc reporting for Payroll. Monitors Oracle HCM configuration changes and end-user accessibility issues, performs and documents root cause analyses. Proposes and implements process and/or configuration solutions. Coordinates with Payroll, HRIS and IT teams to drive accountability and customer service. Develops and maintains relationships with department contacts (internal customers), consulting with them on HRIS matters and ensuring system capabilities align with their operational needs and long-term objectives. Reviews vendor feature and regulatory release materials, analyzes compatibility and utility of updates, and prepares change management materials for end-users. Provides data and systems research. Supports audit activities through development of reports, data gathering and analysis.
2-3 years HR/Payroll systems support experience required
