- Analyze and interpret large amounts of data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and implement data quality control processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Design and maintain reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics and KPIs.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in data analysis and HR systems.
- Utilize Workday and other HR systems to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
- Communicate complex data findings and technical information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new HR systems and processes.
- Troubleshoot data issues and provide timely resolution.
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure data security and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Train and support end-users on HR systems and data analysis tools.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall HR processes and systems.
- Take ownership of data-related projects and tasks and ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the HR data analysis function.
Bachelor's Degree In Information Systems, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Workday, Preferably In A Data Analyst Role.
Strong Understanding Of Workday Data Structures And Reporting Capabilities.
Proficient In Sql And Other Database Querying Languages.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Data In A Meaningful Way To Stakeholders.
