  1. Provide technical assistance and support for Autodesk's Fusion 360 software to customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and online chat.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Fusion 360, including installation, usage, and compatibility.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, diagnose problems, and provide timely and accurate solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of Fusion 360 to provide accurate and comprehensive support.
  6. Document and maintain records of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions in a clear and organized manner.
  7. Identify recurring technical issues and suggest improvements to product functionality to enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Proficient In Fusion 360 Software: A Technical Support Specialist At Autodesk Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Fusion 360 Software, Including Its Features, Functionalities, And Troubleshooting Techniques.
