  1. Provide top-notch technical support to customers using Fusion 360 software.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Utilize strong technical background in Fusion 360 to assist customers with software functionality and features.
  4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert for Fusion 360 and stay up-to-date on software updates and new features.
  7. Communicate effectively with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
