  6. Provide technical support and training to clients to ensure smooth implementation and usage of our products.

  8. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance our products based on customer feedback and market demands.
  10. Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-learning to meet or exceed sales targets.
