Job Description

Are you a seasoned tax professional with a strong understanding of transfer pricing strategies? Do you have experience in a multinational corporation and a passion for staying up-to-date on international tax regulations? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Tax Director, Transfer Pricing at Autodesk. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing transfer pricing policies and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. As a key member of our tax team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our global operations.   1. Develop and implement transfer pricing policies in accordance with international tax regulations and company objectives.
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations related to transfer pricing.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to stay updated on changes in international tax regulations and communicate implications to the company.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess transfer pricing risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  5. Oversee and manage all transfer pricing documentation, including preparation of transfer pricing reports and supporting documentation.
  6. Participate in transfer pricing audits and assist in responding to tax authorities' inquiries.
  7. Provide guidance and support to business units on transfer pricing matters, including review and approval of intercompany transactions.
  8. Work closely with external tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely filing of transfer pricing documentation and related tax returns.
  9. Monitor and analyze transfer pricing results and identify opportunities for improvement.
  10. Collaborate with the finance, legal, and other teams to ensure transfer pricing policies are aligned with business objectives.
  11. Communicate transfer pricing strategies, policies, and results to key stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors.
  12. Mentor and develop junior team members to build a high-performing tax team.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to transfer pricing and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  14. Represent the company in industry associations and participate in relevant conferences and events.
  15. Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
