Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment And Sourcing Strategies, Including Experience With Utilizing Social Media And Other Digital Platforms For Talent Identification.
Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Hiring Managers And Candidates.
Familiarity With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Tools, As Well As Experience Managing And Analyzing Recruitment Metrics To Inform Decision-Making.
