Extensive Experience In Program Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Program Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering Complex, Cross-Functional Programs In A Fast-Paced Technology Environment.
Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: A Senior Program Manager For Business Growth & Gtm Initiatives At Autodesk Should Possess Exceptional Strategic Thinking Skills And A Deep Understanding Of Business Growth And Go-To-Market Strategies. This Includes The Ability To Analyze Market Trends, Identify Growth Opportunities, And Develop Effective Strategies To Drive Business Growth.
Strong Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Create And Manage Project Plans, Identify And Mitigate Risks, And Effectively Communicate Project Status To Stakeholders. Experience With Project Management Tools, Such As Jira Or Asana, Is Also Preferred.
