1. Develop and execute a strategic plan for the growth and development of our Identity Management Platform, in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
2. Lead and manage a team of product managers and engineers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of identity management products and features.
3. Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and stay updated on the latest advancements in identity management technology to inform product development and strategy.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to understand customer needs and drive product innovation.
5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target market and customer base, including their pain points, challenges, and preferences.
6. Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business and customer value, technical feasibility, and resource constraints.
