  1. Develop and lead revenue enablement strategies to drive revenue growth across the global organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize revenue enablement opportunities.
  3. Lead a high-performing team and provide guidance and support to enable their success.
  4. Conduct regular assessments and analysis to identify areas for revenue growth and improvement in sales processes.
  5. Develop training programs and materials to enable sales teams to effectively sell Autodesk products and services.
  6. Partner with sales leadership to ensure alignment and adoption of revenue enablement strategies.
  7. Monitor and track the effectiveness of revenue enablement programs and make adjustments as needed.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement to continuously improve strategies and programs.
  9. Communicate and present revenue enablement results and progress to senior leadership.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales organization.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and positioning.
  12. Set and monitor revenue enablement goals and KPIs to measure success.
  13. Mentor and coach team members to grow their skills and capabilities.
  14. Manage and allocate budget for revenue enablement initiatives.
  15. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all revenue enablement activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Sales Enablement Or Related Roles, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Revenue Enablement Strategies That Drive Sales Effectiveness And Revenue Growth.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, With The Ability To Inspire And Motivate Others Towards Achieving Shared Goals.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Sales, Marketing, And Product Teams.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Sales Processes And Tools, Including Crm Systems, Sales Automation, And Sales Enablement Platforms.
