Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Senior Manager Of Offerings Management At Autodesk Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Complex Software Products.

  • Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams, With The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members To Achieve Their Best Work. They Should Also Possess Strong Decision-Making Skills And The Ability To Navigate Through Complex Situations.

  • Strategic Thinker: The Senior Manager Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Develop And Execute Product Strategies That Align With The Company's Overall Goals. They Should Be Able To Identify Market Trends, Customer Needs, And Competitive Landscape To Develop Innovative Offerings That Drive Growth And Profitability.

  • Technical Acumen: A Strong Technical Background Is Essential For This Role, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Development, Preferably In A B2B Environment. The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Be Able To Work Closely With Engineering Teams To Ensure Product Roadmap Execution.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Senior Manager Should Be An Effective Communicator, With The Ability To Interact With Stakeholders At All Levels, Including Senior Executives, Customers, And Partners. They Should Also Have Strong Collaboration Skills And Be Able To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Successful Product Launches.
